Perched on the bustling causeway into Brigantine, 44 Hundred House presents a solid, noise-buffering street facade with tactfully placed windows for daylight and views. A sharply sloped metal roof deflects winter winds, reinterpreting the classic saltbox form. While expansive glass and deep covered decks in the rear open toward southern bayfront views and the Atlantic City skyline.
The ground floor houses garage and office spaces. The middle level contains bedroom suites, while the main living areas unfold on the second floor, connected to generous outdoor decks. Above, a rooftop terrace with a fire-pit lounge and garden crowns the design, offering 360° views of the bay, skyline, and surrounding landscape.
