Traditional shingle-style forms are paired with brick accents and expansive glass framing views of the cove. Covered porches, decks, an infinity-edge pool, and private docks extend the home’s connection to the water. Inside, elevated open-plan living spaces maximize views, anchored by a central brick fireplace. Blending timeless Shore architecture with modern amenities, Cocktail Cove embodies a coastal lifestyle centered on gathering and the rhythms of the bay.
